Regular reviews and personal assessment sessions with your staff, followed by a fully detailed report and meeting with you will enable me to keep you fully informed of their progress and capabilities.

Business Development Consultancy:
I will work very closely with you as a strategic part of your Management and Executive Team, discussing and developing matters including cash flow planning, budgeting and staffing levels, all of which will assist in creating a robust business plan that will enable the business to develop accordingly.

Based on my own practical experience in successfully implementing major business transformation programmes, I will work with you and your team to implement the changes required in order to deliver the planned improvements.

This will include working at senior executive level to introduce new sales leadership and sales management programmes; and working directly with the sales team to put in place new sales techniques and methods. In all cases, I will create a structured follow-up programme to ensure that the improvements are maintained and enhanced.

Regular Reviews:
In order to ensure that you receive value for money and that the work we have done together is effective, I will arrange to meet with you and your staff on a regular basis to review the progress and to continue to develop each process.

Non Executive Director:
In Company Law, a Non Executive Director is equal in responsibility to an Executive Director.

So what is the difference between a Non Exec and an Executive?
You could take the view that an Executive is hands on and a Non Exec is hands off, an Executive is not independent whereas a Non Executive is clearly independent. An Executive Director is employed by the Company in a full time position whereas a Non Executive Director is self employed and works for the Company on a part time basis. The Executive Director brings inside knowledge whilst the Non Executive Director brings very important external knowledge.

You will see that one role complements the other, and that both have important functions in any serious and focussed business. I will work with you on your Business Strategy, Performance, Resource Levels, Appointments and Standards of Conduct
